Which currency are your prices in?

All our prices are in US dollars on our website.

What currency will I be charged with?

Orders can be paid in US dollars.

For national orders within Lebanon, payments in $ are accepted and encouraged.

But if you wish to pay in LBP, our final price will be calculated according to the $ to LBP market rate at the time the checkout is done.

What payment option do I have?

We currently accept payments COD (Cash on delivery) within Lebanon.

However, we're working on another payment option in order to accept debit or credit card payments for national orders and international orders.

I'm giving my order as a gift. What are my options for my order?

For gift orders within Lebanon, we accept payments via OMT or Wish, or in person, while your gift will be shipped to the requested address without any additional fees.

Returns

The ring I ordered doesn't fit me. Can I return it?

We do accept exchanges if there's any inconvenience regarding ring sizes, within 5 days of purchase.

Returned item must be in original packaging and in original condition. After we receive and check the order, we will issue you a store credit for exchange. Exchanges are only eligible for size variant for the same ring design.

In this scenario, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns if you received the wrong order or if the parcel you get is damaged,although we double check all our orders before sending them.

In these cases, we will bear all return shipping charges. But make sure to notify us within 24 hours at maximum.

Why does the shipping days vary for when I receive my order?

Items that are 'In-stock' are designs that are in-stock, and they can be packed and sent out in about 3 to 5 working days.

Items with the status indicated as 'out of stock' or 'pre-order' are designs that require backordering, and they can be packed and sent out in about 4 weeks.

Please contact us if you wish to expedite your order.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I can pick up my order myself?

If you choose to pick up your order instead of choosing our shipping method, your shipping fees will be waived off.
